Who this notice covers

This notice covers inquiries made to MerchantCircuit LLC itself and the proposed corporate service-messaging program. It does not describe every future merchant’s customer program or set retention periods for all customer, payment or account records.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we use the name, business, phone, email, preferred language and inquiry details you provide to review and respond to your request. A website or social entry label may accompany an inquiry. Requesting a response does not authorize promotional outreach.

These information pages have no submission form and do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The hosting service may process basic connection information to deliver the pages. Opening an email or phone link uses your chosen app; this page does not confirm delivery or save an inquiry for you.

Planned messaging records

When service-SMS enrollment becomes available, we will record your explicit choice, the number you provide, the wording and language shown, and when the choice was recorded. Leaving the choice unchecked will not give SMS permission. A saved inquiry, purchase or earlier opt-in does not override a later opt-out. WhatsApp will require its own choice.

Use and limited sharing

We use inquiry information for the request you make. Service providers may process information needed to support that purpose under applicable controls. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging permission is specific to MerchantCircuit and is not transferred to another business.

Reviewing older inquiries

For inquiries that have not become customers, our policy calls for an authorized administrator to review them 24 calendar months after the last documented business interaction. The review considers deletion or de-identification versus a justified need for continued follow-up. This is a review point, not automatic deletion or permission to keep information indefinitely.

Continued follow-up requires a documented purpose, reviewing administrator, review date and next review date. Opt-outs and privacy requests must be respected, along with required holds and the minimum suppression evidence needed to honor your choices. Retaining an inquiry does not authorize marketing. We are establishing this review process; these pages do not claim automated reviews or disposal are operating.

Your questions and choices

You can contact admin@merchantcircuit.com to ask about your information or request correction, deletion or a change to contact preferences. Include only enough information to identify your inquiry. We may need to verify the request before making changes. The response process is being established, so no response deadline is promised here.
